Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to love what you ordered, but if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.


Damaged / Missing / Wrong Product Policy

If the delivered shipment contains:

  • A damaged product

  • A missing product

  • A wrong product

  • Customers will be eligible for a replacement or refund after verification.

  • Claims without a proper images/proof may not be accepted.

  • Once verified by our team, the applicable refund or replacement will be processed accordingly.

Prepaid COD Confirmation Fee Policy

To confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal ₹19 prepayment fee is charged at the time of placing the order.

The ₹19 fee is non-refundable if:

  • The customer cancels the order after placing it

  • The order is marked as RTO (Return to Origin) due to:

    • Refusal to accept delivery

    • Customer unavailable

    • Incorrect address/contact details

    • Any customer-side delivery failure

The ₹19 fee will be refunded if:

  • The order is cancelled from our end

  • The order cannot be delivered due to operational or logistics issues from our side

By placing a COD order, the customer agrees to the above terms.


Exchange Policy

  • We offer a 3-day hassle-free exchange from the date of delivery.

  • Reverse pickup service is available for exchange requests.

Exchange Charges

  • A reverse shipment fee of ₹150 per product will be applicable for exchanges.

Important Exchange Conditions

  • Pickup will be attempted a maximum of 2 times only.

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered, along with:

    • Original tags

    • Original packaging

Exchange requests will not be accepted if:

  • The product appears used

  • The product is washed, damaged, or returned in poor condition

Additional Conditions

  • Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange or return only.

  • Once an exchange is processed, the product/order will not be eligible for further exchange or return.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
