Exchange & Return Policy
We offer a 3-day exchange and return window from the date of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.
A processing and logistics charge of ₹75 will be deducted from the refundable store credit amount.
Eligible Exchange & Return Reasons
Customers may request an exchange or return if:
- The delivered product is damaged.
- The delivered product is incorrect.
- An item is missing from the shipment.
- There is a verified manufacturing defect.
- There is a size issue or other eligible reason, subject to verification and compliance with the conditions below.
Claims relating to damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective products must be supported by clear images and/or an unboxing video. Claims submitted without sufficient proof may be rejected.
Once verified by our team, the applicable exchange, replacement, store credit, or refund will be processed accordingly.
Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping
Reverse pickup service is available for exchange and return requests, subject to serviceability of the customer's PIN code.
If reverse pickup is unavailable for the customer's PIN code, the customer will be required to self-ship the return parcel through any available courier service, logistics provider, or India Post service.
A₹75 handling fee will be deducted and the remaining eligible amount will be issued as Store Credit. The fee is waived for wrong, damaged, missing, or defective products.
Refunds, exchanges, replacements, or store credits will only be processed after the returned product is received at our warehouse and successfully passes quality verification.
Non-availability of reverse pickup services or courier services in the customer's area shall not automatically qualify the order for a refund without return of the product.
Refund Method
Approved return refunds will be issued as Store Credits by default.
Store Credits:
- Can be used for future purchases on our website.
- Do not expire.
- Are non-transferable.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash.
A processing and logistics charge of ₹150 will be deducted from the refundable store credit amount.
The above deduction shall not apply where the return is due to:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Damaged product delivered.
- Missing item(s).
- Manufacturing defect verified by our team.
In such cases, customers may choose either:
- Store Credits for the full eligible amount, or
- A full refund to the original payment method without any deduction.
Refunds will be initiated within 24-48 hours after the returned shipment is delivered to our warehouse and the product condition has been successfully verified.
Important Exchange & Return Conditions
- Pickup will be attempted a maximum of 2 times only.
- Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
- Original tags must be attached.
- Original packaging must be included wherever possible.
Exchange or return requests will not be accepted if:
- The product appears used.
- The product has been washed.
- The product is damaged after delivery.
- The product is returned in poor condition.
- Original tags are missing.
- The product contains stains, odors, alterations, or signs of wear.
Additional Conditions
- Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange or return only.
- Once an exchange has been processed, the product/order will not be eligible for any further exchange or return.
- Refunds, replacements, or store credits will only be processed after the returned product is received and passes quality verification, unless otherwise approved by our support team.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be governed by the Exchange & Return Policy.
How do I cancel my order which is already in progress?
We start making progress within a few hours of your order. Incase for unforeseen circumstances, you want to cancel your in-processing order, write to support@mavinclub.com with your complete order number.
Refund for Debit card/Credit Card, UPI and Netbanking orders will be processed in within 7-10 working days.
Prepaid COD Confirmation Fee Policy
To confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal ₹19 prepayment fee is charged at the time of placing the order.
The ₹19 fee is non-refundable if:
- The customer cancels the order after placing it.

The order is marked as Return to Origin (RTO) due to:
- Refusal to accept delivery.
- Customer unavailable.
- Incorrect address or contact details.
- Any customer-side delivery failure.
The ₹19 fee will be refunded if:
- The order is cancelled by us.
- The order cannot be delivered due to operational or logistics issues from our side.
By placing a COD order, the customer agrees to the above terms and conditions.
