Thank you for ordering with us. We want you to love what you ordered, but if something doesn’t feel good, please let us know. We’ll try saucing it up!

●We offer 3 days hassle-free exchange from the date of delivery. We also offer reverse pick-up services.(Please note: ₹100 Reverse shipment charges will be applicable per product in case of any exchange.)

●Pick-up will be attempted twice only. 

●Please return your exchange product in the same condition as it was shipped with original tags and packing.

•If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, exchange would not be provided. 

• Each order eligible for a one-time exchange or return only. Once an exchange has been processed, the item is no longer eligible for further exchanges or returns.

RETURN& REFUNDS:-

Refund Policy For Prepaid Orders:
"Please note: ₹100 will be deducted on returns of the product. Example: From a ₹299 combo order, returning the item will incur a ₹100 deduction."

Refund Policy For COD Orders:
Please note: For COD returns, ₹99 COD fee + ₹50 return shipping charge will be deducted. For a ₹299 order, the refund amount will be ₹150.

Please note return request cannot be initiated without an opening video of the product. Thankyou for understanding.

In case of a return COD charges (Rs.99) are non refundable.

• Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. If you request cancellation or not accept the product after dispatched and ask for refund then the reverse shipment charges of Rs.100 will be deducted from the order value.
