When will I get my order?

We work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details and further information.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days. If your pincode is in or near a metro city, you can expect delivery within 2 days.

What is the Shipping Policy

What is the return policy?

Exchange & Return Window

We offer a hassle-free exchange and return policy for 2 days from the date of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

A handling and processing fee of ₹39 per order will be deducted from eligible returns due to size issues, change of mind, or any customer-side reasons.

No deduction will be applicable where the return is due to an error on our part.

Eligible Reasons for Exchange or Return

You may request an exchange or return if:

  • The delivered product is damaged.
  • The wrong product has been delivered.
  • An item is missing from the shipment.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
  • There is a size issue.
  • The customer wishes to exchange due to any other eligible reason, subject to verification.

Claims relating to damaged, missing, incorrect, defective, or tampered products must be raised within 48 hours of delivery and should preferably include:

  • Clear images of the product and packaging.
  • An unboxing/opening video with all labels and shipping stickers visible.

Providing an unboxing video helps us resolve claims faster. In exceptional cases, our support team may request additional information before processing the claim.

Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping

Reverse pickup service is available for eligible exchange and return requests, subject to serviceability of the customer's PIN code.

  • Reverse pickup will be attempted a maximum of 2 times.
  • The product must pass quality verification during reverse pickup or after receipt at our warehouse.

If reverse pickup is unavailable for your PIN code:

  • You may self-ship the product to our warehouse after contacting our support team.
  • Please ensure the parcel is securely packed.
  • Mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.

Reasonable courier charges up to ₹75 may be reimbursed upon submission of courier receipt, subject to prior approval from our support team.

Non-availability of reverse pickup services shall not automatically qualify an order for refund without return of the product.

Refund Policy

Prepaid Orders

For approved returns due to size issues or customer-side reasons:

  • ₹39 handling fee will be deducted.
  • Remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

For returns due to:

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Damaged product delivered.
  • Missing item(s).
  • Verified manufacturing defect.

Customers may choose:

  • Full refund to original payment method, or
  • Store Credits for the full eligible amount.

No deductions will apply.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For approved returns due to size issues or customer-side reasons:

  • ₹39 handling fee will be deducted.
  • Remaining amount will be issued as Store Credits.

For returns due to:

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Damaged product delivered.
  • Missing item(s).
  • Verified manufacturing defect.

Customers may choose:

  • Full Store Credits, or
  • Full refund to bank account without deductions.

Refund Timeline

Refunds or Store Credits will be processed only after:

  1. The returned product is received at our warehouse.
  2. The product passes quality verification.

Approved refunds will be initiated within 24-48 hours after successful quality verification.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Store Credits are generally issued instantly after approval.

Store Credits

Store Credits:

  • Can be used for future purchases on our website.
  • Do not expire.
  • Are non-transferable.
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.

Any purchase made using Store Credits, if returned, will be refunded as Store Credits only.

Important Exchange & Return Conditions

Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

Exchange or return requests will not be accepted if:

  • The product appears used.
  • The product has been washed.
  • Original tags are missing.
  • The product is damaged after delivery.
  • The product contains stains, odours, alterations, or signs of wear.
  • The product is returned in poor condition.
  • Original packaging is intentionally damaged or missing.

Actual product colour may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources and individual screen settings.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange or return only.
  • Once an exchange has been processed, the exchanged product/order will not be eligible for further exchange or return.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, customers may opt for:

  • Store Credits, or
  • Refund as per applicable policy.

This restriction shall not apply if the exchanged product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Empty Parcel / Tampered Parcel

If you receive:

  • A torn parcel.
  • A tampered parcel.
  • An empty parcel.
  • An unrelated product.

Please do not accept the delivery whenever possible.

If accepted inadvertently, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery along with:

  • Images of the parcel.
  • An unboxing video clearly showing the package opening.

Claims raised after this period may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Order Cancellation & Modification

Orders can be cancelled or modified only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Customers may request:

  • Cancellation.
  • Change of address.
  • Change of contact number.
  • Change of size.
  • Change of product.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified and will be governed by this Exchange & Return Policy.

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. Therefore, cancellation or modification requests are subject to the order status at the time of request.

Prepaid COD Confirmation Fee Policy

To confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal ₹39 prepayment fee is charged at the time of placing the order.

The ₹39 fee is non-refundable if:

  • The customer cancels the order after placing it.
  • The order is marked as Return to Origin (RTO) due to:


    Refusal to accept delivery.


    Customer unavailable.


    Incorrect address or contact details.


    Any customer-side delivery failure.


The ₹39 fee will be refunded if:

  • The order is cancelled by us.
  • The order cannot be delivered due to operational or logistics issues from our side.

Repeated refusal of COD orders or multiple RTO instances may result in temporary or permanent restriction of COD services.

Policy Abuse & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges, refunds, Store Credits, or Cash on Delivery services in cases involving:

  • Excessive returns.
  • Repeated order cancellations.
  • Fraudulent claims.
  • Abuse of promotional offers.
  • Misuse of our exchange and return policies.

Such decisions shall be at the sole discretion of the company.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours.
  • Metro cities: Delivery within 2-5 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of India: Delivery within 3-7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary during sale periods, adverse weather conditions, or due to unforeseen logistics issues.
